I've got a site hosted with Freeservers. It has been taken down with a message that I contact About Web Services in the US. When I phone them there is never a reply. They are not replying to my messages. I have contacted Freeservers support and they do not reply to me. I have tried to get into my admin screen to enter new credit card details, but it won't give me access as the site has been taken down.
I suspect that the problem is that I have been issued with a new credit card and the old one has been declined.
However, I am starting to suspect that there is a problem with About Web Services. Have they gone bust or something? My site has been down for 24 hours, so any info would be great.
