I cant seem to figure out where to change the overall font size for those Windows applications when printing. Like in IE or OE, I want to print stuff in smaller size rather than the default size of like size 14 for my emails.

Just about every application is going to have a setting for that. Unfortunately, IE is not one of them you can change much, or sometimes at all.
