I have been experiencing some problems with WPG1 for the past couple of months. To give you some back ground as to what’s happening and what I have done thus far. I run reports every 2 weeks for some of my customers via the scheduler.

What’s Happening?
I set the scheduler to run the reports in the evening on a weekday or on a Sunday morning. After about 3 reports the CPU peaks out at 100% and the report does this when it reaches 94% without fail. The MEM is hardly affected so I don’t think that’s not an issue.

I have all of the current WPG1 downloads.

I have tried changing my connection settings in the WP program.

Three different computers.

Two different Internet connections T1 and DSL.

After all of these changes the problem still persist and I am lost. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I am currently shooting emails back and fourth to WPG support with little forward movment.

thanks in advance.

miles the same thing is happening with me, seems one of the search engines is sending content which is making the application crash, for me it only crashes now in the last 9x% range. Instead of 'upgrading' i just don't use it now :D

Also I found if you make it so it doesnt go as deep then it will go better :) i had it going 40 but when i went 10 it worked.

I haven't used WPG for a long time but I do recall it being a total resource hog.

Your best bet is to wait for WPG to get back to you. We cannot function as their software support.

Alternately you could upgrade your software or switch to another program entirely.
