Can anyone recommend an alternative to Microsoft exchange or a way of having outlook style features without dodgy work arounds. It only needs to be able to share appointment diaries and do the old insert of a contacts address into word once it has been found It smells of a custom based access thing but that seems like a big job.

I suppose I am looking for the old mail server that you used to get with the likes of windows 95 with the scheduler.
