What do you use to track/manage projects

What do you use to track and manage projects. Currently we use a database but as you can imagine it is not optimal.
Wanted to see what other people use.

We have over 500 jobs in house at any given time and Project doesn't do what we need it to.

We use pvcs tracker to track and manage bugs and issues, and for general day-to-day project stuff we use Lotus Notes TeamRoom.
