Inbound PR

We currently have a PR of 6. We were approached by another site who wanted to partner with us who has a PR of 8. Buisness issuses aside, if we did partner with them how long before the inbound PR should start to should start to work in my favor? Would it be one update cycle or multiple cycles?

Looking at their balance sheet it doesn't look like they will be around much longer if they keep on the path they are on.

I would have thought that it would be one cycle like when you get your first inbound. If you get it soon you shoul make this this one.

If they dissapear so will their website and their PR and ultimately their affect on you.
