I am looking for suggestions regarding web analytics software. Three have been recommended, Urchin, Webtrends and DeepMetrix. Each makes the claim of being the best so I'd like to know what the pros here think from their experience.

If you want something free and real good check out [awstats.sourceforge.net...] I love it. :)

I'm not informed on server logs so please pardon the beginner questions... I'm particularly interested in search phrases or multi-word search terms. Do these free analyzers create such report data from the server logs? Is this where all the data comes from that is used in all reporting software?
