How to set up paypal link

I recently installed a free banner ad management program I got from PHP Ads New, or www.phpadsnew.com/one/
I noticed that they got a link to paypal to donate.
I figured I could use the traffic to my web sites to collect donations for a cause I'm interested in. (helping the homeless)
But how does this work? I just clicked on the link on www.phpadsnew.com/one/ and it goes to the guys account. It looks like no heavy-duty programming is necassary.
Could somebody please advice. Where do you get the link? To your paypal account.

There really is nothing involved in the link. You'll need a PayPal business account, and then follow their two step process for creating a button.
