I am having an issue with Outlook. I will send an email to a client, they will receive it but when they respond and mail, I do not see the body of the email. Just the subject will show up.
Any ideas?

Is it just happening with one particular client, or with all incoming emails?
If it's just the one client it could be a problem in their end...

Seems to be just this one, but I would like to offer suggest what the issue could be, instead of just saying it is on their end.

speaking of outlook.....is there a way to turn off all incoming HTML emails? I can't find the setting anywhere to make all incoming emails plain text. I found the settings for the outgoing mail, but not incoming.

From what I've read you can force text e-mail in Outlook 2002, but not 2K.

There's a product you can search on Google for called NoHTML.dll that works with Outlook 2K to strip out the HTML and give you just the text.
