Hi, does anyone know of sites that accept PSA (public service announcements) banners free. I know after Sept 11th some engines like Overture did, but wanted to know if that is still available.

You might try contacting some of the banner networks. I know that fastclick runs PSA adverts as defaults so some of the other networks might as well. Worth a try.
