Hi, Please I need your advice. One of my clients asked me the possibility to have his web site on CD (PHP + MySQL) for marketing purposes. I know several offline browsers, but the website becames static. Have you already done this? Any recommandation? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Steeve_C!

In an earlier thread [webmasterworld.com] I found the "Server2Go" program:

[server2go-web.de...]

The feedback was positive, so it may be what you are looking for - it's a modified Apache with PHP, MySQL, Perl, etc. which can run directly off a CD.

Thanks a lot Encyclo! I'll try Server2Go.
I also found a new one: OutSite-In. I'll test them both. :)

Encyclo, I remember that thread I think I particapated in the discussion or was it a similar one?
I guess I should look at it :)

Anyway to make a long story short I use now Server2Go for the same purpose and I am very happy to use it.
Lots of fun!
