Hello, I am doing commerce site. But I have been Spam by a domain called <snip> for average 50 mail per day. I checked the who is and found that it is under hosting <snip>. After that I have raised the concern to <snip>the host</snip> , they keep on ignore me . It is actually not an ethical. Does anyone know any idea to protect the webmaster? your response is very much appreciated.

I actually have similar situation with a persistent spammer whom I have reported and whose hosting company has done nothing about it. If anyone knows how to raise a complaint against a hosting company who will not react to complaints then please let us know.

Keep reporting them to spamcop. If enough of those reports reach spamcop, they will get blacklisted. Watch them suddenly get proactive in wanting to solve the problem.

Once they're blacklisted, getting their hosting account terminated, their domain name on hold for spam will be much, much easier.

Unfortunately, if you are the only one reporting them, then you won't be able to get them blacklisted.
