Does anyone know of a resource (preferably free) for website legal disclaimers? I am a US webmaster looking to start a community-oriented site (forums, blogs, etc.). I would like to require users to agree to the legal disclaimer in order to limit my legal exposure.

Hi Victor,

A webmaster forum is not the best place to ask, nor is a free online resource the best to use.

You need to speak to a lawyer. Well worth spending a couple of hundred bucks to get it right.

Using anything "free" or copy/pasting from another site could leave you exposed.

Part of the WebmasterWorld TOS disallows discussion that gets into legal terriatory for this very reason.
