hey all,
i started making a webpage but encounter one problem...
to see my problem..go to this website:

Auth.iD is "test" without quotes.

Ok so my problem is:
For each navigation link..i want to to load an iframe at specific area...? How can i do that?
I am newbie plz explain step by step.
