SEO question

question about links and multiple content

Hi all,

I run a website using Joomla CMS.
I would soon be changing my sites link structure to make it more SEO friendly.

The thing is i am worries about being penalised by google for duplicate content.

The old URLs will also work alongside the new URL.
The good part is that if anyone visits the old URL, the new links would be shown.

Am i just too paranoid or do i have a reason to be woried?

use different link sentences in your links with your main key word in them.
