Emailing invites with included graphics?

I have a client who wants to email graphic adverts to clients. How do I do this?

Attach the banner to email

I've tried attaching it to the email, but it's not embedded when the email is delvivered. Am I going to have to use a scripting language for this?

If you want instructions for your particular email client then you should tell us what it is.
