MFA Scraper Sites Sending Referrals

I don't have any MFA web sites, but I went through my stats on one of my web sites and I am getting a lot of traffic from MFA's that are scraping information off my web site. The MFA's have a little description then a link to my web site. Obviously they want visitors to click on their adsense ad's, but I am getting a good deal of traffic and clicks from these MFA/Scrapper web sites.

Does anybody have any opinions on this? Should I be concerned?
