Someone has hacked my website directory

Hi, the directory at <removed> keeps getting hacked or something.

Below the pages banner keep appearing these odd links that I have not inserted and dont know from where or how they are getting there. There is some script also appeared in the pages code that I have not put.

I tried to just totally reinstall the directory from scratch but the code came back.

There is an add url form in the directory, can someone have manipulated my pages via this form by inputting some code?

The directory pages are the only ones that are affected the rest of the site is ok.

I dont know what it is or how to deal with it , if anyone knows what is going on, how someone could be doing this or how to stop it I would really like to know.

You may have to do a lot of reading, and probably should start with #13 of the Webmaster World TOS [webmasterworld.com].

If this is a downloaded or purchased directory script, chances are it's a security hole or bug in the code. If you got it for free you're out of luck, not likely anyone will dedicate and support to a fre script. If you paid for it, contact the programmer. You may be a victim of "sql injection" where a hacker can simply enter info into a form to bypass any scripted protection methods and gain direct access to the database.

Are you insane.. firstly posting a commercial link and secondly and most importantly posting a link to a site which carries a virus and trojan attacking my computer...

I'm sure the mods will wipe this soon..

personally I think you and your IP should be banned also..
