Yes, it seems they have a large pool of interpreters on hand, no way could this be done purely by computer. And even then, unless all parties involved are aware of the issues involved in simultaneous or near-simultaneous interpreting, the service might well become "on the fly misunderstanding" or a very expensive game of "Chinese whispers".
