Not sure if it's per TOS, but StumbleUpon is an interesting one.

Welcome to the search dominat period of the net.

After the top three search engines, I get a lot of traffic from About.com. One of their "experts" featured my site on his pages and since they get a lot of traffic, I get a lot of traffic from them. Write good content, get good tools, and make it easy for people to use and big "important" sites will pick you up.
