We don't do site reviews here I'm afraid and our TOS doesn't allow the posting of member URL's.
If you want to post a description of what you're doing and what you're looking to change, that would work just fine.
In relation to this part:-

A DB backend isn't really about helping your users (unless you are storing personal information about them which they might want to access/change), it's more about helping you in managing the site content and keeping it up to date.

I'd agree that the site looks a little dated, the use of frames is the big no-no.
The main advantage of having a database driven site is that it gives you the option of having a secure admin panel that'll allow anyone with the authority to change the copy on your site, without having to call the designer to make changes.
As for other advantages, it will be easier to organise and you can change the design structure without changing the copy.
Hope this helps :)
Thanks for getting pack to me so quickly, and answer my question regarding database driven sites.
Also is there any standard or shall i say law of the jungle why ecomerce sites are all design the same, or have the same principle.
I need to show to my boss the advantages of having a new site against the old site.
Thanks
