I am looking for set of tips of "how to stay on top of administering multiple domains".

I am beginning to feel the pressure as I have 20+. Most don't even have e-mail installed, yet. With multiple passwords for each account, logs, etc,...it's getting out of hand.

Does anyone have some tips to share with me about how to handle a larger quantity of domains?

Thanks

Lisa

Setup a reseller account at a registrar. Then you can administrate all of them with just one username and password.

I can change all the passwords to the same if I want, and I probably will...but is this a good idea?

Should I just set up a forwarding e-mail from all domains? Or should I maintain a seperate e-mail address for each?

For business reasons I'd like the domains to sorta 'stand-alone'.

I'm just wondering if there's a short set of tips like:

1. Forward all e-mail to one address
2. Set all passwords the same
etc..

There's always a tradeoff between convenience and security ... Rather than set all the passwords the same, it might be wiser to narrow it down to no fewer than three or four that you could modify occasionally.
