What is the next step when your spam abuse report to ISP just don't work? I'm tired of complaining to a local ISP tried with several addresses and I receive still spam from one of it's users. What is the next step?

What about reporting the SPAM directly to the black hole lists, getting an ISP's mail server blocked can be an effective way to prompt some action on their part.
Readed a 40 questions FAQ and didn't understand what to do. I think reporting spam is not a task for a common user. You have to be a real spam expert. Sad.
