I shall start upon direction from BillyS. Default Joomla/Mambo templates are not good at all for adsense. And I mean not at all!

I personally hate Joomla and all those CMS... It's much better to make your own one and stick to it... don't get me wrong, I have tried Joomla, but it's just too annoying trying to figure out which file does what - how to add skins - how to remove useless features - how to optimize...
