Where did my visitors go?

Since a week to two weeks I noticed that the number of daily visitors dropped by roughly 60% on my site.

Most of my visitors come via Google to my site and when I check some searchterms that I know to bring up my site in the first 3-5 results, I'm nowhere to be found.

Also checking my indexed pages shows me that only 30% or so is left.

My PR3 also turned into a PR0

What's happening?

Google may have updated or you have had a penalty applied.

Have you cheated the engine in anyway? i.e hidden text spammy listing etc etc
