I dont know what I want!

Can someone tell me what sort of a programmer I need to advertise for in the commerial forum.
I want to rip info from a massive PDF of commercial company names and addresses and populate a boilerplate webpage with a single name and address and thereafter provide a postcode/town based search.

Someone handy with PHP/MySQL should be able to do what you want fairly easily assuming that PDF is easy to parse.

Perl/MySQL would also be a good fit for that sort of thing.
