Program that simulates a limit downloading speed

Hi!

Does anyone know a program like this? I make websites on my computer, most of the time without internet access, and I would like to see how fast the website loads on several connections, e.g. 56.6k or 128k.

Does a program like that excists?

Yes there are network and QoS software that can throttle or limit the bandwidth between specific users and apps. Try Google for bandwidth throttle.
