I hope I can explain this correctly.

I did inurl:www.sitename.com and found another url listed with my url at the end. On the page it's displaying my site with their adsense.

I wrote them a C&D and then sent another email after not getting a response. After the 2nd email the listed owner called me back and is telling me I don't understand - that it's not storing my information just displaying it. I honestly don't understand what any of it means nor what the point is.

He was pretty much rude to me - laughing at me that there is nothing I can do about it. I don't know if there is anything that can be done. He said he created the product and owns the hosting company so I need to read up and get over it. I am rather frustrated at the moment and maybe a little ignorant as it just doesn't make sense to me. I can't remember what he called it to be honest.

Any advice would be appreciated, I know I can put the link here.

PS. The url starts with SBP if that helps at all. thanks

I don't know what the other fellow called it, but I would call it copyright infringement, and this is something you can do something about.

so I need to read up
I agree, and WebmasterWorld is a good place to start reading. Additional resources for copyright infringement and DMCA related issues can be found here [copyright.gov].

... and get over it.
Sure, just as soon as you see his act clened up. Might as well get over it, there will probably be more ;-)

Search for copyright infringement on all the search engines and follow the instructions for filing a completed DMCA notification. It probably wouldn't hurt to contact someone over at AdSense too. I'm pretty sure that what you're reporting is a violation of the AdSense TOS.

There are other things you can do. Was your page framed in his page? If it was you can add simple framebusting javascript code to your page.
