Help with HTML email needed.

Just wondering if anyone knows what the below code means? It is at the top of all the HTML email messages I send, but the rest of the message is fine. Any other HTML email I recieve does not have this, so there's got to be something wrong somewhere.

Craig, I've not seen this personally, but then I don't send HTML email. I use AOL. But if I may ask for a clarification that MAY, in fact, be relevant, what software or service are you utilizing for the origination of your HTML messages? Do you send from an online site or service or dialup or offline software or ?
