Which type of revenue is best for long term?

I have been reading this forum and others for a little bit now and have come across a few basic ways to make money on the interent. Basically I see them as:

-content rich adsense / ypn site
-a couple page site with a LONG sales letter selling some product (affiliate or owners site)
-A site selling multiple items (dropshipping, affiliates, wholesale, etc.)

There may be other ways, and if so please list, but out of these, or other ways people list is the best for long term money making? I have time to develop a site, but I don't want some site that amkes money only for a short period of time then dies off. I am looking long term.

any site where the traffic does not rely only one source, and where the percentage of return traffic is high.

If you are looking to build something for the long term - build on something you are passionate about. If you make websites purely built for making money - they will make some money for some time - but if you build something you are passionate about - that will tend to earn money from various sources. And I am talking about REAL money not a few hundred bucks - aim big.
