it is my fisrt post. please let me intro myself.
I am Howard from Beijing China. I have created a website to introduce chinese traditional culture and relative information about china. it is face to foreign user. but I don't know how to sread my webiste. because it is my personal website without any commerce. so I have not money for adversting fare.

Please note that we do not allow self-promotion here - this is not the place to do the spreading ;-)
In short, you need to get lots of inbound links from other sites - they will send you traffic and help with your natural search engine rankings. We often talk about the value of "content" here. Good quality content naturally attracts inbound links from other sites.
Beyond that you're into to Pay Per Click advertising campaigns which can work very well if handled correctly. We have a Pay Per Click forum for discussion on that topic.

Be wary, there are a number of banner exchange programs around, the one we use is showyoursite, but there are other legitimate ones also.
