where are webmaster tools?

A few months ago i used a section called
"WEBMASTER TOOL". there was a tool that helped to create regular expession for Apache MOD_Rewrite. like you enter the pattern for your pages and it will give regular expression. i was searching the site now but am not able to locate that tool. can anyone give me the link to that tool please?

Have you tried searching for "mod_rewrite generator," "htaccess generator," and similar? There are plenty out there, although most write pretty awful regex because they're so generalized...
