Hey guys,

first off, I'm glad I found these forums; look forward to posting here. I've got a question though: Does getting your degree via Internet classes hurt you? Or does it boil down to your portfoio? I'm afraid to get schooled online because of what employers might think.

Also, what does it take to graduate with a degree? are there a lot of math based courses that are required?

Thanks in advance,
Sam

Degree in what?

CS, IT,?

It all depends. I've taken some courses online and the quality varies so I could understand how an employer might not give as much weight to them as in-class courses.

typically what do webmasters get a degree in? IT, correct? normally CS is more towards software. i fear having to do a lot of math though - as its something i dont enjoy much.
