If your site is static (rather than a database-driven site with frequent updates), then that's about it. However, it is important to note that Googlebot caches DNS queries longer than the usual TTL, so you need to ensure sufficient overlap for the two hosting plans until the spiders and all other traffic has stopped completely on the old server. You need two weeks minimum overlap just to be sure, 3 weeks is better.
