Hi,

Well, I find nothing surprising in that at all. I just wonder why such a system is supposed not to be developed and launched yet(what appears doubtful as well). That's absolutely evident that it will hugely contribute to the intelligence in that direction. Someone will definitely not welcome that, but for the projects's creators it seems unavoidable due to constantly growing terrorist threats.

The Christian Science Monitor would be under the assumption that such systems do not already exist.

Either that, or they're just finding out about a new one that has had its information revealed publicly.
