Directory Script needed

Hallo everyone,

I am currently looking for a good but affordable directory script. I already know Gossamer, which seems to be a really good one, but I would be glad if I could get a script that is a little cheaper but as good as Gossamer.

Do you know one?

Also, do you have experience with Gossamer? Is it easy to customize? Would you know a high quality directory script that is even easier to modify in terms of design and maybe functions?
