Embedded videos. Do they use my bandwidth?

Apols if this in the wrong section.

I'm building a site with embedded google videos. There will be hundreds of them eventually.

Will they use up my server bandwidth? I know they'll use connection b/w, but will the act of simply embedding them affect my server adversely?

I'm having difficulty working this one out.

Thanks.

What do you mean by "the act of simply embedding them"?

I mean simply that.

Take the code that google video gives you (see video.google.com) which contains the direct link to their content and stick it in the page code.

The actual content isn't on my server, just passing through, sort of.

If you are using the embed tag or iframe then no they don't use your bandwidth, but I am unfamiliar with the code so I can't be 100% sure.

No they don't. Users on one of my sites can put embedded video in thier profile ala MySpace and it uses none of my bandwidth.
