It would help if you could tell us what you've done already. What exactly did you do to "open shop"?

well finished programming, design, has started to add a product, submitted google... But for some reason till now old links from my website like:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&sa=G&q=site:www.example.com
and I don't have anymore this addresses

Now I dont know what to do first..
1) To continue to fill shop with the goods
2) To register in directories and Classifieds

If you mean that Google is still showing old addresses in the search results, it could be because they have the pages cached (stored in memory). As you build new pages, the old ones should fade out of the listings. If you still have access to the old pages, you could use a redirect to send any visitors to your new site.

I'm far, far from an expert in ecommerce. But from my e-shopper POV [;-)] my opinion would be that you'd want to have enough products in your store to make it really look like a store before you spend a lot of time promoting it; you don't want people walking in and seeing the website equivalent of a lot of empty shelves. OTOH, you'll want to continue adding new items in the future so visitors will have a reason to come back, so you don't need to wait until you have everything ready.

...I'm assuming you have your merchant account and all that behind-the-scenes stuff ready to go.

Yes I valid gradually add a product for a site, unfortunately I don't have so many hands like an octopus:) and my website only 10 days, but I wish to make all correctly.

One more question: How I can tell people about my affiliate program?

You can send them an e-mail with your link.

rusmart -- You might get more specific answers if you go to the ecommerce and the advertising/affiliate forums instead of this general one. There have been a number of threads already about how to find good affiliates for a new affiliate program, in addition to lots of other relevant topics.
