What is the best way of going about this?

I'm looking to sell my educational stock market website. It is nonprofit at this point because my content is educational- I don't advertise anything.

It has 21 PR 5's pages, 5 Pr 4's, 62 Pr3's, is listed 3 times in DMOZ and is in the Yahoo directory. It also has many top 5 listings for well-known keywords and is attracting 650 uniques/ day.

I have 2 questions:

1) Is there a market for a site like this, without any revenues?

2) What is the most effective way to sell this site?

Thanks!

There are many sites out there where you can list your site, try sedo.co.uk

I think you can get a buyer if your site has atleast revenue generating ability though it is without revenue right now. As suggested sedo, it is good place to sell but I am not quite sure that they are accepting single site/domain for sell. I would suggest you should also try out at nameproforum, dnforum and sitepoint.
