HTTP Server - Any feature server to client transfer rate?

I was wondering if any of the HTTP servers have logs that include how long it took to send a file from the server to the client? That would seem exceedingly useful for understanding the connections (dialup versus broadband) being used.

I know you can get addons and 3rd party software to achieve this - not sure if any of the common servers have this built in though.
