I am looking to get some recommendations on books or online resources in the following areas:

Website usability
Information Architecture
Market segmentation

I am looking for resources that you have used or have heard to be good and any ideas greatly appreciated.

I recommend the book Call to Action [futurenowinc.com] by the Eisenbergs. Great book that covers those topics in a clear, no nonsense way.

The best site on web usability is certainly Jakob Nielsen's useit.com (an authority site, so I list the name). His book _Designing Web Usability_ is great.

"Don't Make Me Think" by Steve Krug, a classic that should be on everyones monthly reading list.
