Changing Hosting

We are forced to change our IP Address

The company hosting one of our most important sites, informed us that they are restructuring their company.

It means that they are moving to a new office, and that they are changing the "internet connection" provider as well. They informed that all the IP they have are going to change....

For us it means that our IP adress is going to change....

We would like not to be damnaged for that.

Is there any risk in changing the IP?

Could you suggest me the most important step to not risk our ranking?

Unless for some freaky reason your business card says, "Visit us on the web at 152.32...." then you shouldn't have to worry about this. Changing file names, domain names, etc, that will effect your serps.
