Does anyone know of a PPC management system for running onsite PPC ads

I am wondering if anyone knows of a PHP PPC ad management script that will allow you to run your own private, Adwords style PPC ad network? Basically just a script to manage user accounts, keyword bidding process, and onsite ad delivery. Does anything like this exist?

I use PHPAdsNew - it's excellent, and it's free!

phpadsnew, is a basic banner ad system last time I checked.

A simple search for ppc script will turn up a bunch of them in many different flavors.

Phpadsnew is certainly not basis, it's one of the most advanced ad servers out there. Text ads, banners, flash etc. zone targeting, fall over zones and much more.
Does not have any way of allowing users to sign up etc but is very good for on-site ads.
