form to email script (webmailer)

I'm after a form to email script which will allow me to send smtp mail to any recipient via the web (similar to hotmail). I don't need a full webmail solution - I have one - just a simple form to email that works over http port 80.
Any ideas? thanks

NB: I don't need a form that sends to a single email. This form script needs to send to any recipient I enter (like webmail).
Preferably it will support attachments.
I have a solution which works but doesn't support attachments and the output message from the form text loses all formating (such as basic line spacing), unless I insert (cut 'n paste) html

Have you taken a look at the script repositories like hotscripts.com? There are an awful lot of them listed there.
