Have I been caught out...again?

I booked a skyscraper ad on altavista via a company called netsmart sales in Feb. Its still not up there. Netsmart blame altavista stating that they often lie to them, and altavista wont reply to any e-mails. Two questions, is altavista worth it anyway, and does anyone know anything about netsmart?

Just do a charge-back.

Yes, try and get your money back as soon as possible if they have broken contract.

Unless someone has had issues with that company don't do a charge back, heres the reason why. I purchased skyscraper on altavista through ah-ha, i've heard all the same excuses but they do show up in due time and when Altavista(AV) wants them too after all the doubleclick rotations go into place. Personally I was not happy with the inclusion on AV through ah-ha's skyscraper advertisement and felt the same way. So its just kinda bothering you cant see them when you want to since its pricey.
