Hi, Seems an email I got this morning from someone claiming to be from Yahoo Directory is not from Yahoo at all.
If you get it make sure you know who is asking for your money. Greater minds than mine have looked at it, and confirmed it is not from Yahoo, so beware!

And make sure that the domain is .com and not some other tld. Yahoo doesn't own all of them and there are hucksters out there using them for just this sort of thing.

Yahoo emails from my knowledge always end with yahoo-inc.com (or something like uk.yahoo-inc.com)

all the above.
and simply call your Country Yahoo office to speak the person mentioned in the email or their supervisor.
as with anything on the web, do your homework b4 parting with good £££s

I believe there is an email from Yahoo going out about now to everyone who has a listing, asking for the scam email to be forwarded to yahoo legal dept.

I've had my third one already today so I've bounced it back to Yahoo, the rest will go into the trash
