Are there any reliable stats anywhere on UK engine usage?

I am not sure how this would be collected - the problem is one of monitoring UK users. Even the Media Metrix stats and others are dubious at the best of times, and when combined with geographical issues, I imagin that it is very difficult.
It would indeed be very interesting to know how some of the UK home-grown engines, such as UK Plus, are doing against the international engines.
