How are results on looksmart.co.uk ordered?

Does anyone now how results are ordered on looksmart.co.uk (btlooksmart) when a user uses the standard search facility?

E.g. Searching for cruises brings up 1549-ish results - but what determines the order they appear in?

Also on each page there is a "You may also search The World" page - do these results come from the US looksmart.com directory or from pages within looksmart.co.uk?

Finally, does anyone have any current views on whether the traffic generated is worth the cost?

The UK only search is UK Looksmart directory sites followed by Google backfill.

As to how the sites are ordered keywords in the title and description are key to getting a good placement.

I think the worldwide search is from the main looksmart directory followed by Google backfill.
