They seem to be plonking the top 3 espotting ppc sites at the head of the SERP's [no disclosure] *and* again at the foot as before. Lets hope searchers won't be clicking the listing twice

Knowing Mr & Mrs Joe the surfer they will click on it once, then click on the bottom results & just to make sure they're not seeing double, then probably click on the top results again just to make sure
I’m sure Ask has some sort of filter in place to stop multiple click throughs :)
