Has anyone else had this, I was a bit sus because the headers read

had it sent to me on the 26/9 but to be honest I've been to busy to look into it, but I don't think there's anything underhand here

I'd be surprised if anyone either from GoTo or on behalf of GoTo would still use their old name. They are pushing the new one quite strongly. I'd be inclined to just ignore it.

But I can't see any problem filling out a quick survey if you have the time.

perhaps they are using the old name because lets face it ...it is the name they are best known by... if they used the new name in that email it might not get read by the majority of recipients...

Good point. You're more likely to command a larger response with a name people are familar with.
